1. The heat shrinkable tube is too close to the heating equipment, and the baking movement speed is too slow to destroy the material of the heat shrinkable tube. When heating and shrinking, do not exceed the upper limit of temperature resistance of the heat shrinkable tube. 2. Choose a suitable heating tool. When heating and baking, the outer flame of the flame and the surface of the heat shrinkable tube form a 45 degree angle. It must be uniform, avoid bubbles, and ensure the shape of the heat shrink tube after shrinking, and trim it after cooling.
3. Heat shrinkable tubing has different heat shrinkage ratios. The size of heat shrinkable tubing generally refers to the product of the maximum allowable inner diameter of the casing after shrinking and the shrinkage ratio. For example, the shrinkage ratio of the heat-shrinkable tube is 2:1, which means that you can choose a heat-shrinkable tube twice the diameter of your own product. 4.
